My little laundry helper

It's amazing how much laundry one so small can make, but having this cute little helper makes it all worth it.

Exercise

I was so excited to begin exercising at the six week mark, but soon realized it was not going to be as easy as I thought it would be. We tried going on walks outside and on 3 different days I was able to get exactly .35 miles in before she was done. I tried walking on the treadmill while holding her but that seemed a bit dangerous to me. One day I even rode my exercise bike while I was eating lunch just so I could get it in!

I'm home all day one would think I could find or make time for exercise, but in priorities, I have to be honest, a shower sometime during the day is a higher priority than exercise so if she looks like she is going to be content enough to hang out on her own for 5-7 minutes, I selfishly choose to shower rather than exercise.

The other day she did not want to be put down at all, not even in her swing, so I got creative. It was cold and I wanted to go for a walk. I figured out I "only" have to walk around my inside circle look 112 times to equal a mile.

Anyone want to come walk three miles with me on my little loop? :)

Looks can be misleading

Our little miss loves to swing and wasn't too happy about having to get out of the swing to have a bath. It's amazing she was so content sitting there in that mess. By the end of this adventure I needed a bath too! Thank goodness daddy had just gotten off work and took care of the messy swing.

They say at this age babies should bathe 2-3 times a week (everyday would dry out their skin too much). With all her explosions we definitely meet our bath quota at all hours of the day.
